Today’s Subject: Premium Niche Market

In our June Feminine Woman Academy coaching call, I taught the concept of a premium niche market.

Let’s break down every word.

Premium—The level of service you’re delivering as well as the type of buyer for that service. You desire to deliver extraordinary service to a very select audience. Because remember: premium buyers never focus on the price…only on the payoff.

Niche—A particular group of people with certain interests, needs, or preferences. For example, an ice cream shop that only sells vegan ice cream and gluten-free waffle cones.

Market—An environment where buyers interact to exchange goods, services, and information. This also refers to anywhere there can be an exchange, from online coaching to a doctor’s office.

Essentially, a premium niche market is a market where you can go DEEP instead of wide into a field of mastery for more premium income, impact, and influence.

This concept is where I teach triple niching down. I’ll explain.

Let’s just say you’re a medical doctor. That would be your first niche. However, there are doctors in ABUNDANCE. So then you decide to go more niche.

So then, let’s say you get specialized training to become a plastic surgeon. That’s a second niche.

Then, let’s say you get even more specialized training to become not only a plastic surgeon, but a plastic surgeon that performs high-quality tummy tucks, mommy makeovers, and breast augmentations/reductions.

Then you overdeliver by having a referral for a lymphatic massage company that your patient can follow up with for optimal healing.

Now, although I’ve never had any form of plastic surgery, I know several people that have and I know the amount of money that they invest in these services.

At what point in each of these niche examples do you think the doctor would be able to work less and charge more? Exactly. It’s in the triple niching down of a niche plastic surgeon.

Your femininity is suffering when you’re being overworked and underpaid.

Your elegance is being diluted when you’re tired and exhausted from doing a job where you feel like you’re still not experiencing financial relief.

I challenged all of my coaching students to take inventory of their respective fields and figure out how they can triple niche down.

Trying to wear all of the hats is one of the quickest ways to burn out.

This is your year to make moves into something new and this is your year to dial in DEEP into triple niching down.

It’s time to live the SOFT life.

This is what I did in my own life for Feminine Woman Academy.

Christian women—this Academy came from an encounter for me to train Modern-Day Esthers—women who wouldn’t be only influential in ministry but also in the marketplace.

Then I went even deeper into the next niche.

Personal development—this academy is for Christian women who are committed to growing in personal development

Then I went even deeper in the next niche

Etiquette—this academy is for Christian women who are committed to personal development and etiquette and who want to show up in the world in presence, poise, and feminine power

From there, I was able to take it up a notch even more and do high-level events such as our live event in July and our upcoming Public Speaking School in August with a news anchor to give specialized training.

I’m not overworked and I’m not underpaid because I’m delivering a premium service to a premium market and committed to overdelivering.
